Do staff need technical experience?
No. Training is shaped around the roles attending and explained in plain English. Technical operators can have a different scope from everyday users.
Can training be part of an implementation project?
Yes. We can train the staff who will use the system Azen builds, so the examples and instructions match that workflow. Training can also be scoped separately.
Which AI tools do you cover?
We agree the tools and workflows during scoping. The focus is on what your team is approved to use and how it fits the task, rather than a fixed catalogue of every AI product.
Is this an accredited qualification?
This is practical workplace training and system handover, not an accredited qualification or compliance certification.
How long does training take and what does it cost?
It depends on the number of roles, learning goals, preparation and session format. We agree the deliverables, duration and fee before booking the work.
